Failed generations
If a generation fails, your credits come back automatically. You don't have to do anything.
Likeness guarantee
If a portrait doesn't look like your pet, use the thumbs-down button under the image and choose a free regeneration or an instant credit refund. Three taps, no support ticket.
Unused credit packs
Bought a pack and changed your mind? If the credits are unused, email us within 30 days of purchase and we refund the pack in full.
HD unlocks
An HD unlock delivers the exact image you previewed, just clean and full resolution. If the delivered file is wrong or corrupted, contact us and we make it right at no cost.
