The service
PetPortrait.photo turns photos of your pet into AI-generated portraits. You buy credits in one-time packs (no subscription, ever), spend them to generate portraits, and unlock high-resolution files. The price shown is always the price charged.
Your photos
Only upload photos you own or have permission to use, and please keep it to pets. You keep all rights to your photos.
Your portraits
Generated portraits are yours to download, print, share, and gift. We never use your portraits in our marketing without asking you first.
Likeness guarantee
If a portrait doesn't look like your pet, tell us with the thumbs-down button: you get a free regeneration or your credits back, instantly.
Credits
Credits don't expire. Failed generations are refunded automatically.
Fair use
Automated abuse, attempts to bypass watermarks, or using the service to generate content unrelated to pet portraits may lead to account suspension. Any credits you paid for are refunded if we suspend an account.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and of Canada. Nothing in them limits your rights under Québec's Consumer Protection Act.
