Where your print is made, and when it lands.
Where is my print made, and who ships it?
Most prints are made inside your own country or the European Union, so the parcel crosses no customs border and nothing is owed on arrival. A few countries sit outside those borders: the parcel clears customs, whatever studio it left, and the courier may bill import duties. The table below marks which. Shipping is included in every price shown.

How long does a print take to arrive?
About 5 to 20 business days from the moment you order, depending on your country: the table above states the exact range for each one. That covers printing, which takes a few days for a canvas or a frame, and the delivery itself. A tracking link appears on your account page when the carrier provides one.
What happens if my print arrives damaged?
Email support@petportrait.photo with a photo of the item and the packaging within 30 days and we reprint it free, no argument and no return to arrange. If the reprint goes wrong too, we refund it in money. Printed portraits are made to order, so we cannot take one back over a change of mind.
What does the packaging look like?
Plain, on purpose. Every print ships in plain packaging, whatever the finish or the destination, so a birthday or holiday gift will not give itself away sitting on a porch. That holds everywhere we ship, whether the order stays inside your own country or crosses a border to get to you.
