Is the preview really free?
Yes. New accounts can preview 3 styles free, watermarked, with no credit card. Paying unlocks the clean, print-ready HD file; packs start at $4.99 USD and are one-time purchases.
Will it actually look like my pet?
Yes. Our identity system studies your pet's exact markings, face shape and eye color before painting, so the portrait is your pet, not a lookalike. And if it doesn't look like your pet, regenerate free or get your credits back.
What do I get when I pay?
A high-res digital file, print-ready, with no watermark. It's the exact image you previewed, delivered instantly, yours to keep and print as many times as you like.
Can I gift a portrait?
Honestly: you'll need a photo of their pet, so borrow one from the family group chat and create the portrait yourself, then send them the file. Proper gift credits are coming; for now this borrowed-photo route is what works.
Will an old or blurry photo work?
Usually, yes. Older photos, slightly blurry shots, and one-photo-only situations generally come out well. We check your photo when you upload it and tell you before you spend anything.
Which pets work?
Dogs, cats, rabbits, birds and more. If it has a face, we can paint it. One pet per portrait for now.
How fast is it?
Previews usually arrive in 10 to 30 seconds. Unlocking the HD file is instant: no waiting, no shipping deadline to miss.
What happens to my photos?
Your photos are used only to create your portraits. They are deleted from our working storage after 90 days and never used to train AI models.
What about refunds?
Failed generations refund their credits automatically. Unused credits are refundable. And there is no subscription, ever, so there is nothing to cancel.
