That is what the free preview is for. Your pet's markings, face shape and eye color are read from your photos before the portrait is made. You see it before you pay for anything, and you can try again in the same style as many times as you like. What you approve is the exact file we send, and the print is made from it, with a thin strip trimmed from the edges on some sizes. A close, well-lit photo helps most (photo tips).

A canvas or a framed canvas arrives ready to hang: a solid-wood float frame with a shadow gap around the canvas, no mat and no glass, or the canvas alone with no frame. Every print includes the high-resolution digital file too, delivered separately as a download.
