How much does a custom pet portrait cost?
One portrait costs $29.00. Packs are one-time: $69.00 for 3 portraits, $149.00 for 10, $299.00 for 25. Portraits never expire and there is no subscription. A portrait that fails comes back to your balance on its own, and a pack you have not used at all is refundable in money within 30 days.
How can I turn my pet's photo into a portrait?
Upload 1 to 3 clear photos and pick your styles. Each style comes back as a free watermarked preview of your own pet, usually under 30 seconds. Keep the ones you love and the watermark comes off, leaving a print-ready file. Dogs, cats, rabbits, birds and more all work.
Will the portrait actually look like my pet?
Yes. Your pet's markings, face shape and eye color are read from your photos before the portrait is made, so what you get is your pet and not a lookalike. If it doesn't look like them, we repaint it free, and if the new one misses too that portrait goes back to your balance.

Can I print and frame my pet portrait?
Yes, both ways. You get a print-ready high-res file with no watermark, yours to take to any print shop or photo lab. Or order the print from us: matte art paper, canvas or framed canvas, printed by our print studio and shipped to your door, with the high-resolution file included. The likeness guarantee covers the digital portrait: a print is made from the exact portrait you already approved, so there is no likeness refund on a print itself. If it arrives damaged, wrong or does not arrive at all, email support@petportrait.photo with a photo within 30 days and we reprint it free; if the reprint fails too, we refund it in money.
What happens to my pet's photo after I upload it?
Your photos are used only to create your portraits. They are stored in Canada, visible only to you, kept in your private account until you delete them, and never used to train AI models.
